Paid Front Office Internship in Volterra (Pisa) - Italy (English Speaking)

Work description Our collaborator is delighted to share an opportunity for a talented and passionate front desk trainee to join their team for the 2024 season.

The resort is a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living and sustainable organic farming. On a peaceful hilltop in the heart of Tuscany you will find elegantly curated accommodations, Michelin star dining, and a variety of healthy experiences.

Your tasks will include:
- Gain an insights into the day to day Front and Back Office operations of a Luxury hotel in Tuscany.
- Interact with an international clientele and wedding destination from around the world.
- Adapt to various shifts as required.

Requirements:
- Strong customer oriented attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Pro-active approach in solving problems.
- Strong motivation and desire to learn.
- Well presented
- Hands-on approach
- Excellent written and spoken English and fair Italian language skill would be desirable.
- Respect for nature and for the values that the earth represents.

Conditions:
- Shared accomodation.
- Meals.
- Uniform.
- 30/40 hours weekly.
- Monthly payslip of € 500.
