Summer Trainee

We are looking for a summer trainee to join our Strategic Sourcing team. You will preferably be based in Iisalmi but Espoo could also be considered. Part of the work can be done remotely but Iisalmi office will be your primary working location The duration of the work period is from May to end of August 2023, and it can be agreed separately.

Strategic Sourcing is responsible for supplier management for EQ business line and global spare parts. In this position, your main task is to support Sourcing activities, such as maintenance and analysis of supplier related data, taking part of new ERP (D365) migration process, cleaning the old data in current ERP and Co2 emission reporting support. A person with a systematic approach, good IT skills (Excel, SharePoint and office tools) and good communication skills (Finnish and English) will stand out in this job.

To succeed in this position, we value:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. student for example in business administration or purchasing & logistics 
Good people interaction skills, including good communication skills in Finnish and English  
Good self-management skills
Project management skills and be able to work within agreed timelines 
The right attitude to work with a global network of people with different personalities and cultural backgrounds 
Skills in MS Office tools, especially in Excel. Power BI skills is counted as an advantage
