Mobile games awards’ best influencer marketing agency 2022-winner Matchmade is now looking for a results-driven relationship builder to join their international and cross-functional Sales / Customer Success Management team in Helsinki. As an Account Executive you’ll be given your own account portfolio consisting of Matchmade’s key accounts, such as major mobile games customers. You will be responsible for onboarding new deals brought by the Sales Development Representative / Business Development Manager as well as nurturing and growing the existing customer relationships.

Your day to day responsibilities doesn't include cold calling, instead you will be mainly retaining and developing the relationships with existing customers. Your tasks include building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with your accounts and formulating long term strategies to grow together with your customers by identifying innovative business and product opportunities based on their goals, needs and challenges. You will be also making customer needs and opportunities understandable for everyone else in the company in general and making sure that these needs and opportunities are taken into account. In addition your tasks include onboarding new deals brought by the Sales Development Representative / Business Development manager and checking in and reporting on campaign progress.

Your closest colleagues will be other Account Executives, a Sales Development Representative and a Business Development Manager. You will be also working closely with Matchmade’s internal stakeholders, such as Marketplace Operations team and defining the ideal customer profile and Matchmade’s offering for them together. This highlights the importance of excellent communication and team working skills. This is a fulltime and permanent position based in Helsinki. Matchmade offers you flexible working hours and a remotely friendly working environment, please note that the role however requires traveling in Europe once or twice per quarter. In this position you will be employed directly to Matchmade.

Matchmade requires from you:
- Earlier B2B sales experience, you master pitching, negotiating and closing deals and you have managed demanding and results-driven customer accounts before
- Excellent external and internal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM-systems, such as Hubspot
- Fluency in English

Matchmade considers as an asset:
- Earlier experience in the fields of mobile apps, direct to consumer ecommerce or gaming
