Sumo Apps is looking for multiple Marketing Trainees with a hands-on approach and creative mindset to join the growing team of marketing professionals. In the role you will get to participate and grow your skills in a broad set of marketing related tasks such as planning and executing marketing campaigns across different channels, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, do content writing as well as track and report on key marketing metrics. You’ll get to work with user acquisition platforms, marketing automation tools and social media marketing. The final focus of your responsibilities will be tailored to fit your skills and career goals.

You are the rising marketing talent we are looking for if you already know the basics of marketing from studies and/or marketing related work experience. You are not afraid to learn, move things forward and share ideas with the team in a fast-paced environment. The full-time traineeship starts in August and lasts 6 months. We hope you have a willingness to continue as a permanent marketing professional in Sumo’s team after the traineeship.

We are looking for:

-Relevant degree or on-going studies in the marketing field
-Understanding the basics of marketing theory and digital marketing tools (for example social media platforms)
-Constant interest to learn more and grow your expertise in the field and courage to grab on to different tasks
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
-Team-player mindset and project management skills
-Solid written and spoken English language skills
-Willingness to continue with Sumo after the traineeship

We see as an additional asset:

-Previous traineeship or work experience e.g. digital marketing, content production or other marketing functions
-Familiarity with marketing KPIs
-Finnish language skills

In this position you will be employed directly by Sumo Apps. Sumo has an office in Helsinki and offers great remote working possibilities. Occasional readiness to visit the office is preferred.
